Located in Tsuen Wan, “CITIBREW HK” is a boutique brewery founded in 2014. Over the past nine years, they have crafted over thirty original craft beers and other creative alcoholic beverages infused with local elements. In 2021, they launched the "HoneyMoon" Sparkling Mead series, and is available in local restaurants and retail markets. Their business includes product development, creative marketing, and they are committed to promoting craft culture and offering brewing workshops and courses.
