N.I.P collaborated with Mezzanine Makers, a local canning and soda manufacturer in creating a special draught gin and tonic, completely locally made, infused with Chinese jasmine tea. The idea is to create a pouring version of a gin and tonic with a draught texture, with a special touch of Chinese tea, which can be an alternative to beers on draught as many bars are accustomed to.

Ingredients and tasting notes: This J&T is made with N.I.P Rare Dry Gin and Mezzanine Maker’s local tonic water which contains perfume lemon, gentian roots, allspice and so forth. The result is a refreshing and easy-going gin and tonic with a fragrant citrus and jasmine tea flavour, especially suitable for those who would like an alternative to beers in a tap-room or pub setting.
