Hong Kong’s first local handcrafted kombucha brewery, Taboocha was founded by sisters Lisa and Patricia, who are dedicated to making fermented tea drinks that are as healthy as they are delicious. As well as single-origin-tea-based kombuchas, Taboocha also creates a variety of wonderfully quirky varieties, all accompanied by eye-catching labels designed by local artists.

Phoenix Dancong Oolong Kombucha

  • Medium oxidized and fermented, this oolong tea originates from the Phoenix mountain.

    Tasting notes : chrysanthemum, green mango, honey and a lingering spring tea finish

    中度烘培,鳳凰山的獨有烏龍茶。有青芒果,菊花,蜜糖香,尾段有米通香。

Shiso Watermelon Green Tea Kombucha

  • Session IPA mixed with a delightful blend of berries, giving it a burst of tropical, stone fruit and citrous flavor, complemented by a hit of biscuit malt on the finish. Intentionally crafted with low ABV, making it an ideal base for beer cocktails. The first HK made ready-to-mix session IPA.

    銅鑼人合釀好啤酒

    加入了草莓和車厘子,帶來爆發性的水果味道,有一絲餅乾麥芽作為尾韻。酒精度數特意控制在較低水平,非常適合用作混合啤酒為基底的雞尾酒。香港第一款為調酒而製作的Session IPA。
